Shipping policy

LOCAL WAREHOUSE PICKUP

Warehouse pickup is available Monday - Friday, 10 pm - 3 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Simply follow the instructions sent to you by email to arrange your pick-up.

AUSTRALIA WIDE

Delivery is calculated based on the size and weight of your items ordered. Orders placed by 1 pm will be dispatched the same day. Excludes weekends, public holidays, special order items and complex shipping items such as large order. Orders are shipped out using either Australia Post, Direct Freight Express, Startrack, or TNT. A tracking number will be issued to you at the time of your order being shipped

INTERNATIONAL

Delivery is calculated based on the size and weight of your items ordered. Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Australia Post, Fed-Ex, DHL, or TNT.  Australia Post's delivery standard is 2 - 10 days.  Fed-Ex, DHL, and TNT average between 2 - 7 days depending on your location and local service. A tracking number will be issued to you at the time of your order being shipped.
